What We Do
At UK Property Bank Plc we source great value residential property throughout the United Kingdom. We seek out vendors who, for whatever reason, are prepared to sell property at below market value and we do this through extensive press and web advertising. During 2008 we were asked to make below market value bids on more than 6,000 properties and have to date completed purchases on around 300 properties.
Our present focus is on the residential investment properties UK, where low current values present better opportunities than for many years. We are currently steering clear of commercial properties and off plan purchasing schemes where returns seem less certain. Our highly profitable 2008 trading of straightforward residential property (see Investment Property Trading Highlights), achieved in a falling market, suggests that this is very much the area of best opportunity in the short to medium term.
